In this role, you'll:


The Senior Manager, Network & Hosting Operations is responsible for leading the strategy, resilience, security, and operational performance of enterprise infrastructure across multi-cloud, on-premise, and network environments.

 

The role ensures all hosting and network services operate as a unified, secure, and cost-effective digital foundation that supports service delivery, regulatory compliance, and cyber security.

 

It oversees day-to-day operations, major incident management, and continuous service improvement while collaborating across internal teams and external vendors.

 

The position also holds financial accountability, driving cost optimisation initiatives and aligning infrastructure services to organisational priorities.

About you


The ideal candidate is a seasoned infrastructure leader with deep expertise in hybrid cloud platforms, enterprise networking (WAN/LAN/SD-WAN), and large-scale hosting environments.

 

They bring strong experience managing complex, multi-vendor ecosystems, delivering high availability services, and leading operational and transformation initiatives. A solid understanding of zero trust security, disaster recovery, and government or regulated environments is essential.

 

The successful candidate is commercially minded, with proven FinOps capability, and demonstrates strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to delivering reliable, secure, and customer-focused technology outcomes.
