The Senior Manager – Equip Value Stream Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing SAP licensing, contract lifecycle management, and cost optimisation across the Transport cluster.
The position ensures compliance with licensing obligations while driving value for money, innovation, and alignment with the organisation’s digital and enterprise strategy.
It leads complex contract negotiations and partners closely with Commercial, Legal, and Procurement teams to maximise outcomes and mitigate risk.
The role also provides expert advice to senior stakeholders, ensuring SAP investments and solutions deliver long-term business value.

About you
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP licensing, contract negotiation, and enterprise application environments, supported by strong commercial and financial acumen. They have a proven track record of managing vendor relationships, optimising technology spend, and driving compliance across complex organisations. A strategic thinker, they can influence senior stakeholders while identifying opportunities to improve software utilisation and deliver cost efficiencies. Relevant SAP certifications and tertiary qualifications are highly regarded, along with strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
