Solutions Consultant, Digital Assets
CertiKCertiK is a Web3 security company built on research from Columbia University and Yale University. They help secure blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized apps through advanced security research, formal verification, and AI-powered technology. Since 2017, they’ve grown to provide audits, penetration testing, on-chain monitoring, incident response, and compliance services for major digital asset projects, with a global footprint.
The team spans North America, Asia, and Europe, serving thousands of enterprise clients around the world. Backed by investors such as Coatue, Goldman Sachs, Insight Partners, and Sequoia Capital, CertiK has earned recognition from the World Economic Forum and CB Insights for blockchain security innovation. The role described here focuses on CertiK’s presence in the Middle East, working with banks, regulators, and regulated financial institutions as part of regulatory technology for digital assets.
This forward-deployed position puts you on the client’s side of the table, embedded with compliance and risk teams in banks, VASPs, and regulators in the UAE and nearby markets when engagements call for it. You’ll own the on-the-ground relationship, and what you learn there will steer product direction and the commercial approach for CertiK in the region.
On the ground with clients across the region
You’ll spend extended periods on site collaborating with compliance, risk, and innovation teams at banks, VASPs, custodians, and regulators across the UAE and the broader region.
You’ll run discovery sessions to understand how your clients’ workflows, tools, and regulatory obligations fit together, capturing the why behind each request in the clients’ own words to inform practical solutions.
You’ll translate what you find into actions for product and into proposals that clearly outline deliverables and timelines, helping shape both the roadmap and how the team articulates value to clients.
In client meetings and regulator conversations, you’ll work alongside Business Development: BD handles the commercial relationship, while you own the solution and the on-the-ground follow-through that turns discussions into momentum.
You’ll present CertiK’s products and services clearly to senior client teams and convert pain points into scoped proposals that include concrete deliverables and schedules.
Advisory engagements will be part of your remit, covering licensing readiness, gap analyses, technical due diligence, digital asset strategy assessments, workshops, and reports.
Representing CertiK at industry events and regulator meetings in the region will be part of your duties, and you’ll coordinate with CertiK teams in the US, Europe, and Asia across time zones to keep engagements aligned.

Advice for applicants
Lead your resume with the kind of client-facing experience this job expects, placing a clear line about three or more years working with banks, VASPs, or regulatory teams in a consulting, solutions, or risk capacity.
When you describe your must-have skills, back them with concrete examples: a licensing readiness project, a gap analysis delivered to a regulator, or a technical due diligence engagement that led to a follow-up advisory engagement.
Be ready to talk about long on-site assignments and cross-time-zone coordination, including how you kept projects moving while collaborating with teams in the US, Europe, and Asia.
If you have licensing familiarity or regional ties, show it off, VARA, ADGM, DFSA knowledge, regulatory examinations experience, Arabic language ability, or preexisting GCC relationships can make you stand out.
