On a typical day, you’ll provide steady customer service while helping foremen and fitters with a range of tasks tied to the installation, modification, inspection, troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance of assigned sprinkler systems.
You’ll also help prepare and clean work sites, assist in loading and unloading materials, machinery and tools, and support in setting up the work area including equipment. When the team needs a hand, you’ll pitch in with installation or service tasks to keep projects moving and jobs safe on site.
What we’re looking for in the right person
The role calls for someone who can meaningfully support field teams on sprinkler projects while interacting with customers in a professional way. You should be comfortable assisting foremen and fitters with a mix of installation, modification, inspection, troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance activities on the systems you’re assigned.
- Be ready to help prepare and clean work sites, move materials, machinery and tools, and set up the work area and equipment as needed.
- Demonstrate a customer-service mindset when dealing with clients who are on-site for projects.
- Work closely with installation and service crews, providing hands-on support as tasks arise.
- Be willing to operate on-site in Concord, NC as part of a field team and collaborate toward common project goals.
