Stockroom Sales Consultant - 24hour FTC - Westfield White City, London
adidasadidas is hiring a Stockroom Sales Consultant for a 24-hour fixed-term contract at its Westfield White City store in London. The role blends stockroom operations with frontline customer care, placing you at the heart of the adidas retail experience. The company has been creating sports gear for more than 70 years, and its core value is people. Stores are the first point of contact with customers and the heartbeat of the adidas brand.
The team is built around optimism, active living and a goal to inspire change in customers. adidas emphasises a culture that values diversity and inclusion, and the opportunity to grow across retail, office and distribution centre is highlighted as part of the career path. Training and development are part of the package, with a modern environment that uses the best technologies to support daily work.
If you thrive in a team-oriented setting and want a role that combines hands-on stockroom duties with customer-facing selling, this could be a good fit in the London store environment.
A day in the life on the shop floor
In this position you’ll keep the shop floor well merchandised and easy to navigate, taking care of replenishment and housekeeping within your designated areas. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, connecting with customers and sharing adidas’ values to help them find gear that fits their needs, whether they’re shopping for training, leisure or performance wear.
You’ll collaborate with the merchandise team to manage deliveries and ongoing replenishment, aiming to hit store targets, and you’ll take ownership of your own learning by applying training directly on the floor. The role blends operational duties with customer service, so you’ll be prepared to respond to inquiries, guide purchases and contribute to a positive shopping experience for every guest.

There is also a customer-friendly employee discount on adidas products online and in all adidas stores. The position is full-time and onsite at Westfield White City in London, aligned with the 24-hour fixed-term contract.
Tips for standing out in your application
Lead with your sports or fashion retail experience on your CV, and open with evidence of at least a month in a retail setting that focused on both customer service and commercial results, plus any hands-on work with store KPIs.
Show concrete examples of how you kept a store easy to shop and visually appealing while delivering solid customer service and hitting sales targets. Describe a specific moment where your actions helped a customer find the right product or where your merchandising improved a display’s effectiveness.
Be ready to talk about a time you learned something quickly and applied it on the shop floor, whether that was a new product feature, a store process or a training program, and how it impacted the customer experience or sales results.
Have a smart question ready for the interview, such as what learning paths or training adidas offers to help someone progress toward roles in other parts of the business, and how the store defines success over the next few months.
