Guiding the Kingston store through the day
Day to day, you’ll lead, motivate and mentor your store teams to place the customer at the centre of everything, while carving out opportunities to improve the way the store operates. You’ll keep the store running smoothly by applying established retail processes and looking for practical tweaks that enhance efficiency. Inventory control and profit and loss oversight sit at the core of your responsibilities, and you’ll report on performance metrics and KPIs to drive better store results.
