As the Strategy Analyst for our Data and Artificial Intelligence, your primary function will be to support the formulation and iteration of digital strategies and the digital strategy planning process, in alignment and collaboration with Corporate Strategy, the Executive Leadership Team, Digital Leadership Team and other key stakeholders.
You will also analyse the implications of strategy and cascade it across all technology operating model, processes, decisions, architecture, and portfolio, to sustain high quality of outcomes and strategic alignment.

Skills and Qualifications
Please note that our ideal candidate will have an understanding of both Technology Strategy and broader Business Strategy, with the ability to seamlessly connect the two. They will be highly articulate, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and will be a key contributor in drafting material for the ELT and Board members.
They must be confident facilitating workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders, assist with translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes. Operating in an independent capacity, they will often receive limited direction from senior leaders and must be able to shape thinking and deliver outcomes with minimal brief.
An understanding of Enterprise Architecture and the business domain is essential, enabling them to bridge strategy and execution. They will work closely with Enterprise Architecture and key stakeholders to define and evolve strategic roadmaps, ensuring alignment to organisational priorities.
This is a strategic operator role, with a strong focus on innovation, market intelligence, and forward-looking technology enablement.
