    Job Description

    What you’ll do

    • Deliver engaging 1:1 and small‑group gym inductions ensuring safe technique and equipment use
    • Build tailored, progressive strength & conditioning programs
    • Support return‑to‑work and injury‑prevention plans
    • Use data (InBody, VO₂ Max, Oura) to guide programming
    • Monitor technique, progression, and safety
    • Contribute to mobility, education sessions, and challenge initiatives

    What you bring

    • Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA) or Strength & Conditioning Coach (ASCA Level 1–2)
    • Experience coaching people with varied training backgrounds ideally from the mining sector
    • Strong understanding of safe lifting and progressive overload
    • Excellent communication and coaching skills
    • A patient, positive, supportive approach
