Foodstuffs is hiring a 12 month fixed term SuccessFactors Support Analyst to provide hands on functional support for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems in their Mangere on site team. You’ll triage incidents, support releases and UAT, troubleshoot configurations, workflows, data issues and reporting, and work with HR, technology and external partners to improve processes and employee data quality. To apply, tailor your CV to show hands on SF HRIS experience, incident and problem management, and successful UAT and release delivery; provide concrete examples of cross functional collaboration and root cause fixes; highlight modules like Employee Central Payroll Onboarding Performance or People Analytics, and any SAP CPI integrations, plus Jira ServiceNow and M365 proficiency. Te Tūranga – About the role
Join our Business Systems & Platform Team for 12 months Fixed Term Contract and play a key role in supporting and improving the technology that enables our people experience across FSNI.
As a SuccessFactors Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day functional support of our SAP SuccessFactors environment, helping ensure our HR systems are stable, reliable, secure and easy to use.
You’ll work across HR, Payroll, Technology and external support partners to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, support system releases and maintain high-quality employee data.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, working with stakeholders and making technology work better.
