Foodstuffs is hiring a 12 month fixed term SuccessFactors Support Analyst to provide hands on functional support for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems in their Mangere on site team. Te Tūranga – About the role   

Join our Business Systems & Platform Team for 12 months Fixed Term Contract and play a key role in supporting and improving the technology that enables our people experience across FSNI.

As a SuccessFactors Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day functional support of our SAP SuccessFactors environment, helping ensure our HR systems are stable, reliable, secure and easy to use.

You’ll work across HR, Payroll, Technology and external support partners to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, support system releases and maintain high-quality employee data.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, working with stakeholders and making technology work better.

What you’ll do

  • Provide functional support across SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems
  • Triage and resolve incidents, service requests and minor enhancements
  • Troubleshoot configuration, workflows, business rules, permissions, data and reporting issues
  • Support releases, UAT, regression testing and post-release validation
  • Work with business and technical teams to identify root causes and deliver solutions
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge articles and support processes
  • Identify recurring issues and opportunities for continuous improvement

He kōrero mōu - About you     

  • Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors / HRIS support experience
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
  • Experience with incident, problem and service request management
  • Ability to troubleshoot configuration, workflows, business rules, permissions and data issues
  • Experience with UAT, testing, releases and production support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation or People Analytics.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations / SAP CPI
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work across business, technology and vendor teams
  • Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 or similar tools
