Job Description

About this opportunity

This is a busy, varied coordination role that sits at the heart of our site operations. You’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support across supply chain, procurement, and day-to-day site activities—helping ensure materials, orders, and suppliers are all aligned.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Assist with ordering and coordinating raw materials (resin) and deliveries
  • Work with suppliers and external partners to track orders and resolve day-to-day queries
  • Monitor inventory movements and support stocktakes
  • Raise purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
  • Help manage site consumables, office supplies, and general purchasing
  • Support supplier setup and data management in SAP
  • Assist with basic production scheduling and tracking
  • Monitor open and overdue orders
  • Help maintain accurate data in planning systems
  • Provide general admin support across the site (printing, organising, coordination tasks)
  • Support site facilities coordination, contractors, and day-to-day office needs (e.g. catering, visitors logistics, cleaning contractor management etc.)
  • Assist with reporting and tracking of key metrics

Your skills and experience

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change

  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
