This onsite, full-time program targets students ready to learn in a global supply chain setting and contribute to real projects from day one.

Shaping the supply network from the DACH base
In this role, you’ll help guide strategic decisions to run the supply chain more efficiently, balancing customer service with cost considerations. You may lead an internal after-sales project or partner with customers to design and execute supply chain improvements in after-sales markets. You’ll structure large data sets and apply AI tools to inform strategic choices, and you might oversee warehousing and transportation projects in the after-sales space or drive cost-saving initiatives. A customized learning plan supports your development with coaching, mentorship, and training as you deliver tangible outcomes.
What you bring to the table
You should meet these essential requirements:
- You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have completed at least two semesters with solid academic results.
- You can commit to a 3–6 month internship window.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a drive to lead, and a genuine interest in supply chain topics.
- You collaborate well with people from diverse backgrounds, bringing creativity, initiative and a team-oriented mindset.
- You have hands-on experience with big data management and appreciable exposure to AI applications.
- You communicate clearly, with strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
- You are proficient in both English and German (written and spoken).

Pay, benefits and practical details
The internship offers a competitive monthly salary of €2,600, with full-time hours onsite at the DACH headquarters in Schwalbach am Taunus. The program runs for 3 to 6 months, with the potential for a full-time employment offer after graduation and diverse career paths, including new assignments every 2–4 years and opportunities to work abroad.
