Aruma is seeking casual Support Workers in Mayfield, delivering support in homes, clubs and the community, guided by Brave Values BOLD, RESPECTFUL and AUTHENTIC. You will connect people through interests, lead activities, help participants explore communities, foster belonging, celebrate growth and design inclusive programs. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds including those with disabilities; experience in disability support helps but willingness to provide compassionate personal care is essential. A valid driver’s license and insured car are preferred; you’ll need First Aid/CPR, NDIS checks and WWC checks. Perks include tax-free living expenses, health benefits, BRAVE awards and career growth.
