St Vincent’s Health Australia is seeking a Talent Support for a full‑time max term role until 30 November 2026 in the People and Culture team, based at Darlinghurst with 1–2 days on site and 3–4 days remote. Reporting to the Talent Lead, you will help candidates through pre‑employment checks across Workday and external portals, including policy checks, immunizations and qualifications. The ideal candidate has recruitment support or admin experience, can manage high volumes of tasks, works across multiple platforms, and delivers strong customer service by phone and email in a collaborative team. About the role
Report to the Talent Lead and be part of a team of 5 Talent Partners and 3 Talent Support
Support candidates with all their pre-employment checks
Checks include national policy check, immunization history, working with children, qualifications, etc
Administer checks on various platforms including Workday, a spreadsheet, and external portals
Work from the hospital (Darlinghurst) 1-2 days per week, and from home 3-4 days per week
About you
Experience in a recruitment support or similar customer service admin role
Demonstrated ability to cover a large volume of admin tasks in a busy environment
Demonstrated ability to work successfully across multiple platforms and a spreadsheet
Demonstrated customer service skills in roles where you’ve liaised with people over telephone and email
Demonstrated collaboration skills in roles where you’ve worked as part of a close-knit team
