About the role

  • Report to the Talent Lead and be part of a team of 5 Talent Partners and 3 Talent Support

  • Support candidates with all their pre-employment checks

  • Checks include national policy check, immunization history, working with children, qualifications, etc

  • Administer checks on various platforms including Workday, a spreadsheet, and external portals

  • Work from the hospital (Darlinghurst) 1-2 days per week, and from home 3-4 days per week

About you

  • Experience in a recruitment support or similar customer service admin role

  • Demonstrated ability to cover a large volume of admin tasks in a busy environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully across multiple platforms and a spreadsheet

  • Demonstrated customer service skills in roles where you’ve liaised with people over telephone and email

  • Demonstrated collaboration skills in roles where you’ve worked as part of a close-knit team
