As Team Leader Administration, you will lead a team of customer-focused administration professionals who play a vital role in supporting recovery outcomes. For many team members, this may be their first corporate environment, making this an exciting opportunity for a leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and building capability. You will empower your team to deliver proactive, efficient, and customer-focused administration services that ensure clients receive the right support at the right time. Working as part of a collaborative leadership team, you will provide day-to-day leadership, performance coaching, and operational support while contributing to ACC's purpose of helping keep Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
The indicative salary for this role is between $101,287 and $142,993 based on experience.
