You will play a critical function in the overall success of the region in this varied role that will see you managing claims, leading consultants and engaging with clients.   • Onboard, train, develop and manage the performance of a team of consultants governing quality and compliance standards  
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities for our growing, multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals
  • Conduct clinical assessments to determine worker and employer needs to recover at and return to work
  • Implement, monitor and review rehabilitation plans to achieve a recovery at work
  • Engage with and develop customer relations

What will make you successful:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Ability to engage and lead across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal (either as an accomplished or emerging leader)
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate and achieve outcomes
  • Have minimum 2-years experience working within the Workcover WA scheme
