Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: 507685, NSE: WIPRO) is a global technology services and consulting partner focused on building innovative solutions for complex digital transformation needs. With more than 230,000 employees and business partners across 65 countries, the company helps customers realize bold ambitions and build future-ready, sustainable businesses. A full-time, on-site Techno Functional Consultant role is open in Sydney, AU, inviting someone who enjoys bridging business processes with technology to join client-facing projects. If you like turning functional requirements into practical technical steps and helping teams troubleshoot early-stage system issues, this could be a good match.

Role Purpose
The role exists to connect a client’s functional needs with technical specifications at the module level. The person in this position helps outline technical requirements, supports basic configuration, and assists in addressing initial system issues that arise as work begins to take shape.

A day-to-day that blends business sense and system know-how
In practice, you’ll work at the intersection of business processes and technical setup. Expect to capture and interpret functional requirements and help translate them into clear technical specifications. You’ll lend a hand with configuration work and minor customisations that follow defined design and development standards, ensuring the changes line up with broader project goals. You’ll also support integration testing by validating how interfaces behave and spotting basic issues early, while contributing to troubleshooting efforts to resolve performance or configuration questions within a particular module. Documentation plays a part too, with contributions to user guides, configuration notes, and testing artefacts to help others move forward with confidence.

Must-have requirements
To be considered for this role, the team is looking for two core capabilities:
- Hands-on Citrix Admin experience
- 5-8 Years of relevant experience

Pay, benefits and practical details
The position is full-time and on-site in Sydney, Australia. No further details on salary, benefits, travel, licenses, or physical demands are provided.

Advice for applicants
Lead with your Citrix Admin experience and your 5-8 Years of relevant work in your resume, and call out any work that showed you bridged functional requirements and technical specs at the module level. Your summary should make clear you can translate business needs into concrete technical steps and you’ve done basic configuration and troubleshooting in real projects.

Show how you prove you have the must-have skills by drawing on concrete projects. Talk about moments when you gathered requirements, translated them into technical specs, performed configuration or minor customisations, and supported interface testing or troubleshooting in a live module. If you can name specific modules or environments you’ve worked with, include that too to anchor your experience in real scenarios.

Be ready to discuss how you approach interviews. Prepare concise stories that walk through the lifecycle of a requirement: from discovery and design to configuration, testing, and resolving a basic issue. Emphasise how you validated interface behaviour during integration testing and how you documented your work for users and testers.

Ask a smart question that shows you’re thinking about the role in this context. For example, inquire about which modules most frequently require this bridge between function and tech, or how the team measures success in early troubleshooting and interface alignment during the initial project phases.
