UEFA seeks a Ticketing Data Coordinator in Nyon with on site responsibility and the option to work from home up to one day per week, for a max-term full-time role from 01.10.2026 to 31.07.2029, to partner with the Ticketing Data Analyst and deliver mobile ticketing analytics for finals including EURO 2028 and Women’s EURO 2029. You will build and maintain Snowflake data sources and dashboards in Tableau, ensure data quality across SSO and ticketing platforms, track KPIs and mobile distribution trends, and collaborate with ICT and external providers while supporting incident monitoring and end to end ticketing knowledge. Requirements include a bachelor’s in CS or related field, 1–3 years of data analysis with Tableau/Power BI and Snowflake, fluent English, a data driven mindset, interest in mobile apps, comfort in fast paced events, strong organizational skills, and a proactive collaborative, autonomous approach; fraud prevention experience is a plus. Main goal

The Ticketing Data Coordinator works with the Ticketing Data Analyst to deliver actionable ticketing data analytics and insights for UEFA club and national team competition finals, including UEFA EURO 2028 and UEFA Women’s EURO 2029.

The role primarily focuses on mobile ticketing data, while also supporting overall ticketing data quality and analysis to optimise sales operations, mobile ticket distribution and the fan experience.

Key responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining and optimising ticketing data sources within Snowflake and reporting dashboards in Tableau, or similar systems
• Ensuring ticketing data quality and integrity across multiple platforms (SSO, ticketing sales system, UEFA Mobile Tickets app, etc.)
• Analysing ticket sales and mobile distribution trends to identify patterns, risks and opportunities
• Identifying and tracking KPIs to measure ticketing performance and operational success delivery
• Working with multiple stakeholders, in particular internal ICT colleagues as well as external providers
• Supporting operational tasks in relation to the distribution of mobile tickets, including monitoring, performance and incident tracking
• Gaining sufficient knowledge on ticketing processes from end to end, including venue configuration, inventory management, ticket sales, mobile ticketing, access control and custom
• Supporting and performing other ticketing functions as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, engineering or a related field
• From 1 to 3 years in data analysis using Tableau or Power BI and working with Snowflake or similar data warehouse platforms

Languages:

• Fluent in English
