Warehouse Operations Coordinator | Dubbo NSW
CMA CGMCMA CGM is expanding its footprint in Dubbo, NSW, with a new dedicated Contract Logistics operation designed to support the renewable energy sector. The company is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join the on-site team and help blend practical warehouse tasks with inventory control, systems administration and customer support. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys coordinating parts flow, keeping stock accurate and delivering solid service in a fast-moving environment.
Based in a small site team with technical tooling specialists, you’ll help manage inbound movements, storage and order priorities while keeping the customer’s needs front and centre. It’s a hands-on role that combines everyday warehouse activity with the discipline of data accuracy and timely communications, all aimed at keeping operations compliant and on track.
As part of mobilising this new operation, the successful candidate will be required to undertake customer-specific operational training in Newcastle during November and December 2026, ahead of commencing permanently in Dubbo. The training will support familiarisation with the customer’s parts, systems, inventory processes and operating requirements, with approved travel and accommodation costs covered by CEVA.

In practice you’ll pick, pack, kit and label components, dispatching them with the appropriate shipping documentation.
