IRT William Beach Gardens in Kanahooka is hiring a part-time Workforce Planner to forecast staffing, analyze data, and help roster staff across a 29 hour week, on-site with a fortnightly schedule. The ideal candidate will bring proven rostering experience, relevant business or HR qualifications, and strong Microsoft Office and HRIS skills; payroll certification and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment are desirable. You’ll publish rosters, handle staff status changes, manage planned and unplanned absences, and ensure compliance with instruments and guidelines. As a Workforce Planner, you will play a vital role in forecasting staffing needs, analyzing workforce data, and developing strategies to ensure we have the right people in the right positions. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and support our organizational goals.
We have a unique opportunity for a Workforce Planner to join our IRT William Beach Garden (Kannahooka), team on a part-time basis, working 29 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be required to work on-site according to the following fortnightly roster: Week 1: Tuesday 1230-2100, Wednesday 1430-2100, Thursday 1230-2100, Saturday 1230-2100 and Sunday 1230-2100 & Week 2: Tuesday 1430-2100, Wednesday 1430-2100 and Tursday 1230-2100
