Forecasting the headcount and aligning priorities

In this role you will support capacity planning and hiring prioritization across teams while leading initiatives on organizational design, workforce health, and long-term planning. You’ll also manage workforce reporting and keep planning tools as the trusted source of truth for headcount and organizational data, with regular tracking of health metrics for leadership review.

Turning data into leadership-ready storytelling

You’ll develop executive-ready presentations and business cases that clearly communicate recommendations, key decision points, and organizational impacts.
